Banana Pie Parfait

This 4-ingredient parfait is full of probiotics, fiber, and vitamins. It is a healthier alternative to sugary deserts. I love to enjoy it for breakfast, as a snack in-between meals, or as an after-dinner sweet treat.


Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 1/2 a ripe banana, sliced

  • 1 whole grain graham cracker, crushed

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla yogurt (or plain yogurt)

  • 1 teaspoon honey (adjust to taste)


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the base:

    • In a bowl, add the yogurt of choice as the base layer.

  2. Add the banana and graham cracker:

    • Place the banana slices and crushed graham cracker crumbs on top of the yogurt.

  3. Drizzle with honey:

    • Drizzle honey over the top for sweetness.

  4. Serve:

    • Enjoy your banana pie parfait as a quick breakfast, snack, or dessert!
