Banana Pie Parfait

This 4-ingredient parfait is full of probiotics, fiber, and vitamins. It is a healthier alternative to sugary deserts. I love to enjoy it for breakfast, as a snack in-between meals, or as an after-dinner sweet treat.

Ingredients (Serves 1):
1/2 a ripe banana, sliced
1 whole grain graham cracker, crushed
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla yogurt (or plain yogurt)
1 teaspoon honey (adjust to taste)
Instructions:
Prepare the base:
In a bowl, add the yogurt of choice as the base layer.
Add the banana and graham cracker:
Place the banana slices and crushed graham cracker crumbs on top of the yogurt.
Drizzle with honey:
Drizzle honey over the top for sweetness.
Serve:
