Mixed Berry Parfait

This high protein parfait is a great snack or healthy dessert! Get creative with your toppings, sometimes we like to add chopped nuts, peanut butter and/or chocolate chips.
Serves: 1

Ingredients:
Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt: 3/4 cup
Strawberries: 4 strawberries
Blueberries: 1/4 cup
Granola : 1/4 cup
Cinnamon: to taste
Honey: to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Berries:
Wash the strawberries and blueberries thoroughly.
Remove the leaves from the strawberries and slice them in half.
Assemble the Parfait:
In a bowl, start by adding a layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom.
Add the cinnamon, followed by the strawberries, blueberries, and granola.
