Mixed Berry Parfait

This high protein parfait is a great snack or healthy dessert! Get creative with your toppings, sometimes we like to add chopped nuts, peanut butter and/or chocolate chips.


Serves: 1


Ingredients:

  • Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt: 3/4 cup

  • Strawberries: 4 strawberries

  • Blueberries: 1/4 cup

  • Granola : 1/4 cup

  • Cinnamon: to taste

  • Honey: to taste


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Berries:

    • Wash the strawberries and blueberries thoroughly.

    • Remove the leaves from the strawberries and slice them in half.

  2. Assemble the Parfait:

    • In a bowl, start by adding a layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom.

    • Add the cinnamon, followed by the strawberries, blueberries, and granola.

  3. Enjoy!
